    Here at The Gift Season we make it easy to find the perfect gifts for friends, family and even yourself! We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. We try our best to get you the best quality products at the lowest possible cost. As such our primary warehouse is located in China. We also have a factory located here in the United States.

    How do you ship packages?

    We ship primarily through epacket from our warehouse located in China and through USPS from our warehouse located in the United States.

    What's the cost of shipping?

    Here at The Gift Season we try our best to provide our customers with the highest value possible while making sure we'll be able to serve you for years to come. Many of our products are shipped FREE worldwide.

    We do however charge shipping on items that have been drastically discounted and in some cases are offered for FREE! 

    What's the shipping cost of product's that do carry this charge?

    Shipping cost for the 10% of items that does carry a charge is currently $3.95. Please note that because of logistic reasons items that do carry a shipping charge is calculated per item because of logistical reasons. For example if you're ordering three of the same product that has shipping charge simply multiply the shipping by $3.95.

    We also want to assure our customers that items that carry a shipping cost does not affect the shipping status of the majority of our products that has free worldwide shipping.

    What about customs?

    We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

    How long does shipping take?

    Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

    Do you provide tracking information?

    Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

    My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

    For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

    Will my items be sent in one package?

    For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

    What if my package doesn't arrive?

    Rest assured that The Gift Season provides a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.  If an issue comes up we try our hardest to get it resolved for you as quickly as possible.  In the rare event that an issue regarding non arrival of product goes pass 45 days, we will issue a refund on the 46th day no questions asked!
